The Finance Business Partner drives performance through insight, challenge, and decision Support. This Finance Manager Role is responsible for driving the financial health of Haleon’s innovation portfolio, building robust business Cases for new product Launches, ensuring the innovation Pipeline is financially Strong.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Modelling – Develop high‑quality end‑to‑end Business Cases that support Go/No‑Go Decisions, Investment Prioritisation, Portfolio Optimisation and lead to successful innovation Launches. Include revenue Forecasts, Margin Analysis, ROIs, Scenario Planning and Sensitivity Analysis to strengthen investment Decisions and increase portfolio Profitability.
• Target Setting – Review Innovation ABP Submissions from Markets and collaborate to ensure Plans are robust and viable.
• Market & Competitor Analysis – Evaluate market Size, Pricing Dynamics, Competitive Landscape and Customer Economics to inform financia...
