Finance Ops Controller

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & US GAAP Compliance

• Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Ensure consistent application of accounting policies, judgments, estimates, and disclosures
• Provide technical guidance on complex accounting matters including revenue recognition, business combinations, consolidations, leases, and equity transactions
• Lead accounting position papers and support technical accounting assessments as needed

Audit Management & Controls

• Serve as the primary lead for external audits, coordinating with auditors and ensuring timely, high-quality audit outcomes
• Manage audit planning, PBC coordination, issue resolution, and final deliverables
• Oversee internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR), including SOX compliance where applicable
