Finance Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payments for warehouse fees and other operational site expenses.
• Receive and verify payments for customs duties, taxes, and warehouse charges from customers.
• Manage, disburse, and reconcile daily petty cash for site operations.
• Extract and pull out data billing console for CN, PIB, and PIBK customs clearance processes.
• Monitor SF account transactions, including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
• Maintain accurate daily financial records and documentation for reporting purposes.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum one to two years of experience in finance operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or logistics finance.
• Familiarity with customs clearance billing processes, including CN, PIB, and PIBK workflows.
