We are looking for a Finance Operations Specialist with hands-on experience supporting US-based clients and expertise in accounting operations.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, M.Com, or MBA (Finance).
  • 2–5 years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), or Bookkeeping.
  • Hands-on experience with:✅ QuickBooks Online
  • ✅ Zoho Books
  • ✅ Tally
  • ✅ Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
  • Experience supporting US-based clients is mandatory.
  • Strong experience in:
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Invoice Processing & Management
  • Vendor & Customer Reconciliation
