Finance Operations Senior Associate

Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

The Finance Operations Senior Associate will manage the daily finance operations, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of finance deliverables across AR, AP, GL, Sales Audit, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting. The role provides functional leadership, enforces internal controls, and serves as the primary point of escalation for operational issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting. Must be a CPA.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance operations.
• Prior supervisory or senior associate experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems.
