Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Operations Executive with strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in Zoho Finance applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting clients in implementing and managing Zoho Finance solutions, assisting with client onboarding, and providing functional support related to accounting, taxation, and compliance processes.



Requirements

  • Provide end-to-end client support for Zoho Books and other Zoho Finance applications, including daily client calls, ticket resolution, troubleshooting, and providing appropriate finance and software solutions.
  • Assist in the implementation of Zoho Books and other Zoho Finance applications as per client business requirements.
  • Understand client accounting processes and configure modules such as GST, Taxes, Invoice Templates, and Chart of Accounts.
