Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM to 03:00 PM Manila Time)
What are we looking for?
Experience in operations administration, finance administration, or accounts support.
Familiarity with systems such as Zoho, Simpro, or similar CRM/finance platforms is a plus
Experience with accounts receivable or customer/supplier onboarding (advantageous).
Amenable to work with Hybrid setup in Mandaluyong Edsa, Megatower
Position Summary
The Operations Administrator supports both Operations and Finance through accurate documentation handling, efficient accounts receivable follow-up, customer and supplier onboarding, and streamlined processing across systems and portals. This role is evolving to include broader finance administration duties, working closely with the Operations Manager to improve reconciliation timeframes, manage finance inbox traffic, and maintain high-quality financial data.
