Finance Executive (AR & Full Set Accounts)

Salary: SGD 3,300 – SGD 4,500 per month (negotiable). Commensurate with qualifications.

Work Eligibility: This role is open to Singapore Citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Financial Operations: Verify and execute outbound payments and resolve provider issues.
• Reporting & Audit: Prepare standard financial reports using our software (Income Statements, Cash Flow) and audit vendor payments.
• Administration: Manage employee permissions, password refreshes, and software changes.
• Compliance: Handle local hiring/employment compliance and government grant applications.
• Business Support: Negotiate processing costs and assist leadership directly with day-to-day operations.
