Job Description

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our busy and friendly Finance Team. The role is key in ensuring the smooth running of the College’s transactional finance processes, supporting the maintenance of accurate financial records and providing administrative support to the core finance functions.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will work in the Financial Operations team performing day-to-day processes including purchase ledger, general ledger, cash management, and balance sheet reconciliations across Ardingly College and its subsidiaries. The role involves managing the complete purchase ledger finance activities, bank reconciliations, prepayment and accruals schedules. As well as providing general support to the wider Finance Department and providing accurate financial information to the Senior Finance Manager and Finance Director, as required.
