Finance & operations analyst

Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis. Manage debtors, creditors, invoicing, and cash flow activities. Support fund accounting processes, including reconciliations, NAV reviews, and reporting. Process trade allocations and perform financial and operational reconciliations. Assist with budgeting, month‑end processes, and performance reporting. Liaise with third‑party administrators and support the finance and investment teams. Maintain accurate financial records and contribute to improving operational processes and controls.

Requirements: BCom degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3–5 years’ experience in finance, management accounting, or financial operations.
