Job Description
Take charge of data pipelines for QuickBooks Online as a Finance Operations Analyst. This role involves cleaning, shaping, and reconciling data to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Join our team to manage recurring data streams related to vendor invoices, payment files, and more. You'll collaborate closely with the Controller and operations teams to ensure every data entry is spot-on. Your work will drive the success of month-end closes and ensure that no errors disrupt our finance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pull recurring data files from various source systems
• Clean and prepare data for QBO using Power Query
• Validate files before uploading to QuickBooks Online
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts for data accuracy
• Support month-end close and document resolving items
Requirements:
• 2+ years in accounting operations or finance role
