Job Summary

To support the Finance Department in daily Inventory and Treasury operations, ensuring accurate record keeping and timely processing of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in Inventory and Treasury operations, including transaction processing and record maintenance.
  • Monitor and reconcile inventory-related accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support cash management activities, including payment processing and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in monthly closing, reporting, and audit activities.
  • Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Participate in process improvement.
