Within Banca Generali Company, the Middle Office Staff Finance Dept. has the main task of:

  • Transaction Reporting to Repository and Regulators (ESMA, Banca d’Italia, Consob)
  • Banking Book Analysis/Position Keeping
  • Property Desk Pre&Post Trading Management
  • Internal Reporting (to Finance Committee, Board of Directors, CFO, Head Of Finance and others)
  • Collateral and Margin Managements

The ideal candidate will work on the following activities:

  • Daily Transaction Reporting – (Mifid. EMIR, SFTR)
  • Daily Margin calls and Collateral Management
  • Daily monitoring and update on Banking Book Database
  • Daily Position Keeping (MasterFinance); orders/deals check and confirmation
  • Bonds, Derivatives and Counterpa...
