Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the financial reporting team.

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities.

Ensure accurate financial reporting, balance sheet integrity, and strong financial controls.

Drive process improvements, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.

Support the optimisation of finance systems and reporting tools, including SAP and OneStream.

Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Collaborate with international finance teams to ensure consistent reporting standards and best practices.
