Our client is a scale up in the area of Harderwijk with funds & strategy in place to continue growing both organically and inorganically. As part of this journey, we are currently looking for someone to insource the financial processes and to establish a formal finance function for the company. This position ensures the accurate and timely reporting and analysis of financial performance to internal and external stakeholders, while partnering with the Managing Director and Board to drive strategic growth and profitability initiatives.

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Establish the Finance function and determine the appropriate systems, processes and resources required for the business to support its current performance and future growth
