Finance Manager

THE POSITION

The Finance Manager will report to the Director of Finance and play a crucial role in underwriting data center developments and overseeing monthly asset management reporting. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of project finance, infrastructure investments, private equity relationships, REIT structures and capital markets. The Manager will be responsible for preparing financial models and presentation materials for assigned projects, as well as overseeing ongoing reporting activities including variance analysis for recurring project returns updates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Business Case Analysis and Decision Support – The Finance Manager will own the creation of financial models to calculate return on investment, multiple on invested capital, and internal rate of return to assist the executives in making informed business decisions.
