Finance Manager - Pricing

The ideal candidate has considerable experience with Canadian Government contracting and leading pricing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP) from both Government and commercial entities. The ideal candidate will also have experience in the application of Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics.

The role will include improvements to the accuracy of team forecasting and estimating, through put analysis, GRID staffing reconciliation, and partnering with supply chain on material planning/receipts. The leader will have some degree of customer interface, both external and internal, and will often be required to present to executive leadership. This leader will lead a dynamic and fast-paced portfolio where agility will be required, with an ability to effectively lead an organization through change to meet customer expectations.
