Finance Manager

Bakken & Bæck are experiencing strong growth and are looking for a Finance Manager who will take ownership of the finance function in a creative and international environment. In this role, you will be responsible for both accounting and financial management in a company that is a leader within its field.

This is a core role with a broad scope where you will work across financial management, covering everything from accounting control and reporting to cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting. From day one, you will have real influence by ensuring strong financial control and providing solid decision-making support in key processes.

You will work independently, while collaborating closely with the COO, CEO, and project managers across Europe. You will have freedom to shape and further develop the finance function.
