Finance Manager

Reports To: Managing Director and Chief of Staff

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of accounting, financial reporting, and corporate secretarial matters for the company. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with Singapore financial regulations, statutory requirements, and corporate governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance Duties

. Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.

. Manage subsidiary company accounting reporting to the Head Office, ensuring timely and accurate submission.

. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
