Finance Manager

Job description:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and support strategic decision-making within the organization.
Key responsibilities include
Lead and manage the full spectrum of finance functions including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with MFRS and regulatory requirements
Oversee audit processes and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and compliance frameworks
Analyze financial performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements to support business growth
Manage and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous development
Support corporate exercises, including potential PLC-related reporting and compliance (if applicable)
