Finance Manager

Report to: Finance Director, LATAM Job Responsibilities 1. Financial Management & Reporting Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, accounts payable/receivable, cash flow management, and general ledger. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards and group reporting requirements. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to headquarters and management. 2. Budgeting & Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process. Monitor budget execution, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to management. Support business planning for wind turbine sales projects and after-sales services. 3. Tax & Compliance Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, withholding taxes, and local filings. Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors.
