JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all finance operations ensuring compliance and financial integrity
  • Supervise, manage, and develop a predominantly remote finance team in their respective roles and responsibilities
  • Oversee month-end close and financial reporting
  • Supervise AP/AR, payroll, bank reconciliation, and compliance processes
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll and sensitive executive-level data
  • Manage cashflow forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Provide audit support and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Implement and improve systems, processes, and internal controls
  • Support strategic initiatives and assist Business Manager with reporting and governance
