Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing financial reporting, operational finance, budgeting, and internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and sound financial management. Supports strategic decision-making through financial analysis while leading the finance team and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements; coordinate internal and external audits.
Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and core accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management.
Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting; provide variance analysis and actionable financial insights to management.
