Summary of the Role The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations for Accord Malaysia and Indonesia. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, effective financial controls, and continuous improvement of finance processes and systems, including SAP implementation. The incumbent will act as a strategic business partner to support business growth, financial planning, and organizational performance.
Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting Operations
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities for Malaysia and Indonesia operations.
Oversee all accounting transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, inventory, and general ledger activities.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
Prepare and publish timely financial statements and management reports.
Ensure timely processing of bank payments and cash flow monitoring.
