We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our finance operations in Malaysia, ensuring full compliance with local regulations while supporting business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of financial operations in Malaysia, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), Companies Act 2016, and LHDN tax regulations Prepare and submit statutory financial statements, tax returns (PCB, SST, CIT), and regulatory filings accurately and on time Oversee cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and local payment processes Lead internal control and risk management activities to safeguard company assets Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies (e.g., SSM, LHDN) Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and provide financial insights Lead and develop the local finance team to ensure high standards ...
