Finance Manager - Funds (Markham)

Our client is looking for a Finance Manager – Funds for a 21‑month contract opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of administration and reporting for the client’s fund, working closely with the Director Fund Administration & Reporting, other Managers of Finance, Controller, Director of Tax, CFO, and the investment professional group.
• Overall responsibility for administration of all aspects of the fund’s operations, including the fund’s credit facility (draws, repayments, reporting), preparing all call and distribution notices, and handling investor relations.
• Timely and accurate reporting of all financial and management information related to the fund and feeder vehicles, preparing quarterly reporting packages (financial statements, notes, LP capital account statements, activity review/accounting issue memo, and other analysis).
