Finance Manager

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible to oversee the finance business function for the Rig, Offices and Shipyards for cost centers managed locally.
  • Responsible for all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial information and reports.
  • Responsible for external compliance with tax, legal, customs, banks, or other required entities under the responsibility of the department.
  • Responsible for internal, external, and legally required Audits.
  • Ensure full compliance with the policies and procedures established by the Company.
  • Ensures accurate and timely statutory and tax reports as required by local authorities
  • Manage the Finance department and support the other departments of the company
