Finance Manager (CPA)

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant license is required
• Minimum of five (5) years of solid experience in General Accounting
• Willing to work on-site (MOA, Pasay City) from Monday to Friday 9am -6pm.

Job Description:

1. Mentoring & coaching of finance personnel, regular property visit
2. Regular supervision to Property Accountants
3. Preparation of finance internal control, policies & procedures
4. Ensure strict implementation of set internal controls, policies & procedures
5. Ensure 100% filing of BIR returns & other government agencies requirements within deadline; review of accuracy of BIR returns & attachments
6. Ensure managed properties have updated audited Financial Statements
7. Ensure managed properties have accurate and updated accounting books, with data retention period compliant with regulatory requirements
