Finance Manager (Construction Industry)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounting functions of our construction business. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, project cost control, cash flow management, taxation, compliance, and treasury functions. The role requires close collaboration with project, contract, procurement, and operational teams to ensure sound financial management and profitability of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Accounting
Manage the full set of accounts and finance operations.
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and Malaysian Private Entities Reporting Standard (MPERS).
Coordinate annual audits and statutory reporting requirements.
Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
