Flex is seeking a Finance Manager in Bukit Minyak, Penang to support budgets, forecasts and financial reporting. You will work with senior leadership to ensure accurate statements and compliance with corporate and legislative requirements.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial analyses at project/site level, with leadership coaching for the finance team and participation in strategic planning and cost-improvement initiatives.
