Job Description:

  • Handling project financial feasibility.
  • Being responsible for Project Feasibility and cash flow analysis (Hotel, Retail, or Mixed used building business is a must).
  • Forecasting each project's financial performance to ensure all workflows run smoothly and within budget.
  • Handling financial report offer to board committee for budget approval.
  • Cooperating with the Business Development team in term of feasibility checking.
  • Being able to do additional tasks as Finance CFO assigned.
