Purpose of the Role: 

This is a strategic role at the heart of McLaren’s ERP programme. The Finance Lead is responsible for defining, designing, and governing the end-to-end finance solution within the ERP programme.

This role ensures that the ERP solution:

  • Aligns with Finance strategy and operating model

  • Delivers robust financial control and reporting

  • Supports scalable, standardised processes across the organisation

  • Transforms current process to suit the depth and breadth of the business
