Role Summary

We are looking for a hands‑on Finance & Inventory Controller to take full ownership of accounting, inventory control, cost tracking, and financial reporting. This role combines accounting execution with operational financial control. The ideal candidate understands bookkeeping, but also thinks analytically about margins, cost leaks, and inventory efficiency.

This person will report directly to the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Management

• Full bookkeeping in Zoho Books
• Bank reconciliation (weekly)
• Accounts payable & supplier payments
• Accounts receivable tracking
• Payroll processing
• VAT filing and compliance
• Monthly closing of accounts
• Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
