Responsibilities

Assistance with customers contract-end management

Update of deposits database for refunds and transfers

Tracking and correction of customers balance discrepancies

Supporting treasury and accounting department where necessary.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

Organized, meticulous and detail oriented.

Comfortable working with data.

Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, advanced user of Excel.
