This role reports to the Finance Director and involves critical support during a significant system transition. Responsibilities include maintaining the general ledger, assisting with reconciliations, and testing new financial outputs. Collaboration with accounts payable and payroll teams is crucial to address any arising issues during the financial close.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with teams for timely journal postings
• Validate financial data and assist with reconciliations
• Prepare recurrent benefit expense allocations
• Monitor and recommend cash balance transfers
• Provide coverage for finance team roles as needed
