Finance Executive

Job Summary :We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account & Finance Executive with hands-on experience in Zoho Books to manage end-to-end invoicing, GST compliance, vendor payments, and accounting operations. The role is critical in ensuring accurate financial records, timely statutory compliance, and smooth coordination with internal teams and external vendors. Key Responsibilities: Invoice Management : Create, review, and manage sales and purchase invoices in Zoho Books. Ensure all invoices are GST compliant with correct HSN/SAC codes, tax calculations, discounts, and delivery terms. Share invoices with customers and internal stakeholders and follow up for timely collections. Vendor Payments: Track accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments through Zoho Books. Reconcile vendor ledgers, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with procurement and project teams to validate bills before processing payments.
