Job Responsibilities

  • Handle full sets of accounts (GL, AR, AP, FA, cash management) and ensure compliance with MFRS.
  • Perform monthly/quarterly/year-end closing and prepare financial & management reports.
  • Manage tax submissions: Corporate Tax, SST, WHT, PCB, and liaise with LHDN/IRB.
  • Monitor daily cash flow, prepare forecasts, and handle all banking matters.
  • Support cost control activities and maintain strong internal control procedures.
  • Coordinate annual statutory audits and ensure compliance with SSM and Companies Act.
  • Use accounting systems (AutoCount/SQL/UBS/ERP) and assist in improving finance processes.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of full-spectrum accounting experience in Malaysia.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax laws, MFRS, and Companies Act.
