Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the annual asset verification and stocktake exercise
  • Test and prepare stocktake equipment, update user guides, and prepare asset listings
  • Liaise with business departments and guide them through asset verification processes
  • Work with vendors to troubleshoot issues during RFID‑based asset verification exercises
  • Perform sampling checks on physical assets to ensure accuracy of records
  • Review and consolidate departmental submissions for management reporting
  • Update asset location records following office relocations or renovations
  • Witness and document asset disposal activities
  • Assist with asset management transactions, postings, and reconciliations in Workday and Asset Management Systems
  • Support ad‑hoc operational and administrative assignments as required
