Job Purpose
The AR Finance Encoder provides essential support to the Finance Operations Team by accurately monitoring cash sales, verifying deposits, and maintaining financial records. This role ensures that daily collections are properly accounted for, which contributes to the company's overall financial accuracy and health.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash Sales Monitoring
• Track and consolidate daily cash sales reports from all kitchens and retail stores.
• Verify accuracy of reported collections versus official receipts, cashier reports, and Z-readings.
• Flag late, missing, or incomplete submissions to store supervisors and the Finance Team.
• Deposit Verification
• Match and validate deposit slips submitted by stores against daily sales reports.
• Cross-check deposits reflected in the company's bank statements with physical/electronic deposit slips.
