Finance Director, Norway

Overview

The Finance Director for the Norway Local Operating Company (LOC) will partner with the GM and the Leadership Team to drive performance, deliver targeted revenues of approximately £200m, and support strategic decision‑making throughout the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead full P&L responsibility, including sales forecasting, SG&A management, and resource allocation.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews (MPR) and variance analysis across business units.
• Drive strategic portfolio analysis, scenario planning, and launch support for pipeline opportunities.
• Collaborate with commercial, supply chain, and insights teams to produce monthly DRMs, annual plans, and soft‑landing estimates.
• Oversee financial forecasting, reporting, and budget setting for the cross‑functional therapy area team.
