Finance Director Northampton
SF Partners are working with a growing Ecommerce business who are looking for a commercially focused Finance Director to partner closely with the CEO and help drive growth, profitability, and long-term value creation. This is a broad leadership role combining financial strategy, commercial performance, operational improvement, and business planning. You'll lead the finance function while acting as a key advisor to the leadership team, providing insight, challenge, and strategic support. The ideal Finance Director will be operating as a Finance Director or CFO in an eCommerce, DTC, or consumer business. This is a high-impact role offering significant influence across the business, close partnership with the CEO, and the opportunity to shape strategy, performance, and long-term outcomes.
