Aeroex Technologies designs and manufactures industrial air filtration and mist collection systems for metalworking and industrial environments across Canada and the U.S. As we continue to grow, we’re hiring an on-siteFinancial Coordinator to manage core accounting operations and support the CFO with financial reporting and U.S. tax/compliance coordination.

What you’ll do

Accounting Operations

• Accounts Receivable (A/R): invoicing, payment tracking, customer account reconciliation, collections support
• Accounts Payable (A/P): vendor bills, payment preparation, vendor maintenance, statement reconciliation
