We are looking for a seasoned finance leader to join our FP&A team as Business Finance & Controllership – Lead.
This pivotal role will act as the custodian of the business vertical, driving profitability, cost discipline, and decision support across the value chain. The incumbent will partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Sales, ensuring financial rigor and governance while enabling strategic growth.
Key Highlights of the Role:
- Lead business finance & controllership with accountability for vertical financial performance.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS, dashboards, and deep analytical reviews.
- Evaluate new business models, pricing strategies, and financial viability.
- Own product costing frameworks, inventory governance, and BOM-level cost validation.
- Champion SAP Controlling module developments and process standardization.
