They are looking to strengthen their accounting team with the appointment of a Finance Controller to manage the financial affairs of the group and any additional commercial matters delegated by the Board of Directors.
The Role
As Finance Controller you will report to the Group Financial Director and be responsible for the finance team. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the finance department and ensuring that goods delivered are invoiced promptly, that customers pay on time, and that both suppliers and employees are paid on a timely basis. You will assess the effectiveness of accounting systems, ensuring they are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements and best practice.
