Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller with a strong hospitality (hotel) finance background to lead the finance function of a luxury 5-star hotel in Juba, South Sudan. The role is responsible for end-to-end financial stewardship, robust controls, timely reporting, compliance, and business partnering with the General Manager and department heads to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Financial Leadership & Controls
- Lead the hotel finance department and ensure effective financial governance, policies, and internal controls.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure adherence to hotel accounting standards and brand/ownership reporting requirements.
