- Cost Centre Master Data.  

- Company Travel Arranger and Cost tracking/report. 

- Government Statistics Report.

- Signature Guideline Maintenance & Sys. Hierarchy Update. 

- Financial Report Consolidation. 

- Monthly Cost Center Deviation Report.  

Dept. Manager Assistant & Admin Task (40%)

- Meeting and Schedule Arrangement (Invitation, Meeting Preparation, OPL and Follow up).

- Travel Arrangement & Visitors arrangement.  

- Dept. Training Organization.

- Office Admin. 

- Dept. Activities arrangement (Support Dept. /Section Manage for Dept. Culture Build Up).

- Dept. Document Control (Archive Documents according to requirement and fitting for Bosch Rules).
