Finance Controller

Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands‑on Bookkeeper / Controller to build and manage its accounting and financial infrastructure. This role is responsible for establishing GAAP‑compliant systems, producing accurate financials, implementing internal controls, and maintaining audit‑ready records to support growth and future exit planning.

• Build and maintain the general ledger
• Manage AR, AP, payroll, and all bank/credit card reconciliations
• Complete month‑end and year‑end close
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and fixed asset schedules
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across reporting periods
• Prepare management reports and support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
