Key Responsibilities:
- Support finance, operations, and compliance activities for a portfolio of fund managers.
- Support with trade reconciliations and monitor investment-related transactions.
- Review NAVs, financial statements, capital calls, and distributions prepared by external fund administrators.
- Review fund expenses, invoices, reimbursements, and payment processes.
- Maintain fund documentation, investor records, and compliance registers.
- Coordinate investor onboarding, KYC, AML, and regulatory documentation.
