General and Administrative

  • Ensure that housekeeping is maintained and provides a healthy and satisfactory work environment for the staff.
  • Communicate effectively with the HR team and internal stakeholders informing and updating them regularly.
  • Follow systems, processes and procedures outlined in the Corporate Policy Manual.
  • Comply with all OSHA safety requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comply with company Accounting Policies and/or Procedures.
  • Get approval for Tipalti transactions and process the transactions on a daily basis.
  • Vendor account reconciliation before payment runs.
  • Upload carriers’ CSV files to OLP for generating DOMO report cards.
  • Assist on monthly freight cost reconciliation per carrier.
  • Support on accrual and accrual purchases reconciliation.
