General and Administrative
- Ensure that housekeeping is maintained and provides a healthy and satisfactory work environment for the staff.
- Communicate effectively with the HR team and internal stakeholders informing and updating them regularly.
- Follow systems, processes and procedures outlined in the Corporate Policy Manual.
- Comply with all OSHA safety requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Comply with company Accounting Policies and/or Procedures.
- Get approval for Tipalti transactions and process the transactions on a daily basis.
- Vendor account reconciliation before payment runs.
- Upload carriers’ CSV files to OLP for generating DOMO report cards.
- Assist on monthly freight cost reconciliation per carrier.
- Support on accrual and accrual purchases reconciliation.
