The Finance Associate (OTC – Cash Application) is a key contributor to the accurate and timely recognition of revenue across a designated portfolio of country accounts within RSE. This role oversees the full cash application lifecycle, from processing customer payments to preparing compliant journal entries and ensuring proper revenue posting. The associate works closely with sales, collections, and customers to verify payment details, resolve discrepancies, and maintain precise financial records. With a strong focus on preventing duplicate postings and supporting account reconciliations, the position ensures financial integrity and operational efficiency.
